If the unit connects to Wi-Fi but can’t browse, it may be a network or settings issue.
Steps to try:
Test another device (like your phone) on the same Wi-Fi. If it also can’t access the internet, the issue is with the router.
Check Date & Time settings — wrong system time (e.g. showing 1969) can prevent secure connections. Enable automatic time sync if available.
Move closer to the router — weak signals may prevent proper verification.
Restart both the router and the unit in sequence.
Check router restrictions — parental controls, firewalls, or device blocks may be enabled.
Try a different network — connect to your mobile hotspot to confirm if the issue is with the unit or your router.
