If the unit won’t connect to Wi-Fi, the issue is usually range, password, or router compatibility.
Steps to try:
Confirm Wi-Fi is enabled in the unit’s settings.
Check signal strength — move closer to the router. Thick walls can weaken the signal.
Re-enter the password carefully (case-sensitive).
Check router settings — some units don’t work with WPA3. If possible, use WPA2.
Restart the router and the unit, then try again.
Try 2.4 GHz — if your router has both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, connect to 2.4 GHz (more stable for many devices).
Still having trouble?
If issues persist, test by connecting the unit to your phone’s mobile hotspot. If that works, the problem is with your router.
