No Sound from the Microphone

If the microphone isn’t working, it could be due to power, connection, or settings.

Steps to try:

  1. Wireless mic users — charge fully and ensure the power switch is ON.

  2. Wired mic users — confirm the plug is firmly inserted into MIC 1 or MIC 2. Try a different cable if available.

  3. Check mic volume — each mic input may have its own volume control. Raise it gradually to avoid feedback.

  4. Test with another mic — if a second microphone works, the original may be faulty.

  5. Move closer to the machine — Ensure you are within 10 metres of the machine when using the wireless mics.
