Recording Not Working

If recording fails, the problem is often the USB device or storage.

Steps to try:

  1. Insert a USB stick — recording requires one to be present.

  2. Check free space — move older recordings to a computer if the USB stick is full.

  3. Use the right drive format — FAT32 is usually required. Reformat the drive if needed.

  4. Avoid slow or very large drives — some units can’t write to drives bigger than 32 GB or with very slow speeds.

  5. Check file limits — long sessions may exceed the maximum file size; try shorter recordings.

Still having trouble?
Try a smaller USB stick (8–16 GB) to confirm compatibility.
