No Sound from Music Playback

If your machine turns on but you don’t hear any audio, the problem may be volume, source selection, or connections.

Steps to try:

  1. Raise the machine’s volume — check both the physical volume knob/buttons and on-screen settings.

  2. Confirm the input source — make sure the machine is set to USB, AUX, or Bluetooth depending on what you’re using.

  3. Check your external device — increase its volume and verify it’s actually playing audio.

  4. Test another source — try playing from USB instead of Bluetooth (or vice versa) to rule out one input.

Still having trouble?
