Canceling a subscription

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions for the platform you used to purchase it:

Purchased directly by entering credit card

• Visit http://account.stingray.com
• Login with your Singing Machine account information
• On the left-hand menu, select Subscriptions
• Next to the Singing Machine Karaoke subscription select Manage
• You will be redirected to a screen where you can cancel you billing.

Purchased via Apple

Subscriptions purchased via Apple must be canceled via Apple. You can do so by visiting the following link: https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions 

Purchased via Google Play

Subscriptions purchased via Google Play must be canceled via Google Play. You can do so by visiting the following link: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
