Returns for Refund
You may return your purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of the original purchase date on our site. To qualify, the product must be in new condition and include all original parts. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment.
Replacements Under Warranty
If you’d like a replacement, Singing Machine products are covered by a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
