USB Files Not Playing

If files won’t play from USB, the cause is usually format or drive compatibility.

  1. Look for file corruption — test the files on a computer. If they won’t play there, re-copy them.

  2. Confirm drive format — ensure the USB drive is formatted to FAT32. Drives formatted as NTFS or exFAT may not work.

  3. Check drive capacity — some units won’t read USB sticks larger than 32 GB.

  4. Try a different USB stick — to rule out compatibility issues.

  5. Update the firmware ensure your machine has the latest firmware version.
