You can cancel your subscription at any time. How to cancel depends on where you purchased your subscription: 

iTunes

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please visit Apple’s instructions on how to cancel. 

Google Play

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu Subscriptions
3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
4. Tap Cancel subscription
5. Follow the onscreen instructions

Singing Machine WiFi tablet

To cancel a subscription that was purchased on the Signing Machine WiFi machine directly, please follow the steps below:

• Using a web browser, visit http://account.stingray.com
• Login with your Stingray Karaoke/Singing Machine account information
• On the left-hand menu, select Subscriptions
• Next to the Stingray Karaoke subscription select Manage
• You will be redirected to a screen where you can cancel your billing.
