If your karaoke machine is having trouble connecting to your WiFi network or the web remote, please follow these steps in order.
1. Check Your WiFi Network and Password
- Check Signal Range: Ensure the karaoke machine is close enough to your WiFi router to receive a strong signal.
- Verify WiFi Password: Carefully re-enter your WiFi password, making sure it is correct. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Use a 2.4GHz Network: Most smart devices, including this machine, require a 2.4GHz WiFi frequency. If you have a dual-band router, make sure you are connecting to the 2.4GHz network, not the 5GHz one.
2. Restart Your Devices
- Reboot the Karaoke Machine: Turn the machine completely off, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Restart Your WiFi Router: Unplug your router from power, wait one minute, and then plug it back in. Wait for it to fully restart before trying to connect the karaoke machine again.
3. Last Resort: Factory Reset
If none of the steps above have worked, you can perform a factory reset.
- Perform a Factory Reset: This will restore the machine to its original settings, deleting all saved WiFi networks and other custom configurations. Please consult your user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset for your specific model.
